Cassava Flour Changes The Game
But what is it exactly?

A great 1-to-1 switch
This fantastic single-ingredient product has a texture which is very similar to wheat flour and does not give any odd flavour to your cooking or baking.
We ensure that all care is taken in the production and packaging of our flour to make certain that it is safe for you to eat and will meet the standard which your home and family deserve!

How is it made?
Our Cassava Flour is milled from Cassava Tubers harvested from the lush, green farmlands of Kwa-Zulu Natal. Cassava (manihot esculenta) has been a staple diet across Africa and South America for centuries.
Naturally, gluten- and grain-free, the tubers of the plants are hand-harvested, peeled and allowed to sun dry before being meticulously milled into a high-grade flour that can contend in today’s highly competitive baking industry.
You may have encountered its starch extract version, tapioca flour, in your local grocery store. Being equivalent to maizena, tapioca flour has many great uses, but does not have the rhobust fullness that Cassava Flour brings from the entire tuber being milled together.
