Cassava Flour is a naturally gluten and grain free flour that is milled from sun-dried Cassava Tubers. Cassava is in the same plant family as the sweet potato.
Can your premixes be made without eggs or dairy?
Our premixes are very versatile. They can be made with a number of egg and dairy substitutes. We do have guides you can use for this.
